Taking Action For a New Outcome with Matt Peterson

He’s backkkk! If you’re a regular to the Positively Real Podcast you’ll recognize the voice I’m sharing the mic with (virtually always of course) this week and that’s the one and only, Matt Peterson! 

Since Matt is, after all, the next Ryan Seacrest I thought it would be fun to flip the script and instead of me hosting any solo episodes, I’d have him interview me. This episode is a little bit coach meets client, a little bit coach turns subject, and A LOT of real life.

We talk about:

  • How to change ones outcome
  • Getting intentional with our time and our actions
  • CTFAR (Circumstances, Thoughts, Feelings, Actions, Results)
  • Understanding others experiences versus our own
  • Getting out of our comfort zones by accepting our feelings

ACTION STEP: As soon as you're done listening to this episode take a few moments and write down all your thoughts. Your notes don’t have to be clear or make sense. Just write down everything that crosses your mind. Thoughts are simply just thoughts and they don’t mean anything until you give meaning to them and this exercise is so helpful to understanding your thoughts and feelings.
