From a young age, Koya Michelle (a.k.a @koyamichelle_fit) has been an athlete. From softball to cheerleading she has always enjoyed being active, pursuing self-discovery, personal development and growth and empowering and helping other women in her communities online and locally. But it wasn’t until she experienced some life changes and setbacks that allowed her to find the connection between mind, body, and spirit and her own personal experience brought the realization that loving self, and developing healthy habits can be a launch pad for truly living your best life.
