ACTION STEP: Patrick shares two options when it comes to coffee. Either get rid of it all together (it is possible!) BUT if that just sounds way too daunting then he recommends doing your research and start treating it as a powerful herb. If you cannot get rid of coffee all together then commit to getting rid of BAD coffee (think local, single sourced) and limit your intake!
