Stella specializes in Sustainable Weight Loss & PreDiabetes Reversal Coaching and is on a mission to help overweight adults develop the tools and skills they need to avoid the onset of Type 2 Diabetes and establish healthy habits for the rest of their life, without giving up the foods they love. Hailing from France, she uses a European approach to health, which doesn't rely much on will-power, but rather on awareness and behavioral change.

She took what she loved best about health and nutrition from her homeland and from the extensive training she went through, and applied it to the fast-paced American lifestyle. She now lives in the US with her husband and three daughters.
