About Brittny

Breathwork has been a transformative part of my journey for over a decade.

It all started 10 years ago when I began practicing yoga regularly. At first, breathwork was simply a way to deepen my yoga practice, but when I was preparing for the birth of my first child, I truly discovered its power. Through breathwork, I had an incredible birthing experience—one that felt empowering, intuitive, and deeply connected. That experience sent me down the rabbit hole, eager to learn more about why breathwork was so powerful for birth and labor.

Beyond birth, breathwork became a tool for deeper healing. It allowed me to reconnect with my inner child, process emotions I had long suppressed, and fully embrace the journey of motherhood with openness and self-compassion. As I continued practicing, I realized breathwork wasn’t just something I used personally—it was something I wanted to share with others.

In 2023, I became a certified breathwork facilitator and dove even deeper into breathwork integration coaching. This work goes beyond the breath itself—it’s about helping you process what surfaces during breathwork and integrate those insights into your daily life.
